This is a super cute little hotel - the decor is quirky, the location is perfect for exploring Orleans and the staff were really helpful, giving us fantastic recommendations for dinner and places to see. The breakfast is really good but the breakfast room gets mobbed at peak times so be warned! We loved this hotel and will definitely be back for another stay as it si a great place in a really interesting city and it si great value for money - would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a beautifully renovated building. The name "Urban Jungle" is a little unfortunate--I would describe it as more as having an understated elegance. (I didn't feel that I was in a jungle, urban or otherwise. Oh, and by the way, that is a good thing!) The dining room for breakfast is beautiful and there were lots of options. The room, although a little on the small side, was very comfortable and well-laid out. The location in the center of Orleans was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Lovely clean hotel room, with a comfortable double bed. The hotel offer a super helpful QR code/website link taking you to local recommendations for shops/restaurants/bars/banks etc - so helpful! Also the location is a two minute walk from places to eat and drink which is brilliant. We parked in the local car park, again this is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the hotel offer a discounted rate on the cost of parking. Communication with the hotel was quick and easy and staff were friendly on arrival. Highly recommend!

Urban Jungle Hotel is all about location! It is a short walk to the Jean of Arc statue and only slightly longer to get into the older parts of Orleans. The hotel has an elevator. It is small. But when you think about reduced mobility needs or heavy luggage, it would do the trick. Breakfast was good in an open area. There are enough option to satisfy almost any diet. The room was small but fine.

The interior is amazing, be it the front desk, be it the room itself. We love it when we have a water boiler and instant coffee in the room - as we get up early and love to have a coffee 1st thing in the morning. Located near the centre and just a few minutes away from the statue of Joan de Arc and the house where she lived. As it was only an overnight stay on our trip, we just enjoyed that everything is near. Found an amazing pancake shop, so have a walk around. Car park can be paid at the front desk (5 minute walk away, you will get instructions if you tell them that you are arriving by car).

Great location, very easy to find and parking was straightforward. Reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was well equipped and a good size, beds were very comfortable. One of the duvets was dirty (not with anything untoward - looked like dirty raindrops maybe from being carried in or brushed against something), this was bought to the attention of the reception staff who changed this without any fuss. The rest of the room was room was clean and tidy.

The optimum ratio of price and quality. The hotel is located in the city center, just a stone's throw from Place Jeanne d'Arc and a 10-minute walk from the train station. Very clean room, helpful and really nice receptionists. Both guys were speaking English. The breakfast was included in the room price and was quite decent considering the low price of the room. Breakfast room nicely decorated, clean and tidy. We did like that they have got the fridge in the breakfast room and all fresh food you can get straight from this fridge. It's really cosy and makes you feel like at home. Of course, this approach to preserving the freshness of food has a very positive effect on the image of the hotel.

The location was great, very center, 5 mins walk to Place du Martroi and close to everything else. Room was not big but good enough, comfortable bed, quite. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! Roathar gave us a lot of helpful suggestions! He was also very considerate to have peovided us a kettle so we can have hot water for breakfast! You can park very close to the hotel in the under ground parking facility with a discount. We recommend this hotel!

Location is great in the center of the town. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest tram stations for moving around. On the hottest day of 30 deg Celsius, refreshing cool mint water was provided at the lobby for guests, which is very thoughtful.

Staff was very friendly and made our one-night stay perfect. We stayed in a room with 3 separate beds since we were a group of 3 guys travelling by motorcycle. Due to our late arrival our host sent us clear instructions of how to enter the hotel after midnight. We slept very well and the buffet breakfast was just that what we wanted. We didn't get any fresh coffee buy they had a coffee machine, which was fine. Check out was done briefly and friendly. We met some Dutch people going on lengthily bicycle rides through the Loire during their stay, which is supposed to be 'the right way' of exploring the region.
